Information we collect

When you submit a contact or order enquiry, we collect the details needed to respond or fulfil the request: your name, email address, mobile number where provided, message, delivery emirate and address, and selected products and order amount where applicable.

Newsletter updates are optional and collected only when you choose to provide a contact method and expressly agree to receive Majan updates.

How we use it

Majan uses this information to answer questions, manage order enquiries, arrange delivery, provide requested support, maintain operational records, and send opted-in Majan updates. We do not ask customers to send card or bank details through the contact form or public checkout.

Cookies and browser storage

Necessary browser storage keeps your cart, language selection, welcome-offer status, and privacy choice working. Optional analytics are off until you choose to allow them. If allowed, Majan records anonymous session activity, page paths, and campaign source information; it does not combine analytics with names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, full URLs, or payment data.

Access, sharing, and retention

Customer messages, leads, and order enquiries are stored in Majan’s server-side application database and are available only to authorised Majan team members who need them for customer support or operations. Information may be shared with a courier, WhatsApp, or another service only where needed to provide the service you request. We retain records only for as long as reasonably needed for support, order fulfilment, record-keeping, or legal obligations.

Payment information

Majan currently does not collect, process, or store card numbers, CVV values, expiry dates, or cardholder data on this website. If an approved payment gateway is activated, payment details will be entered into the gateway’s secure hosted or tokenised payment flow, subject to its own payment and privacy terms.
