You may use the Majan website to explore fragrances, request information, and submit an order enquiry. Please provide accurate contact and delivery details and do not submit payment-card information through website forms.

These Terms of Service set out the current rules for using majanparfums.com and submitting a Majan Parfums order enquiry. Effective date: 31 August 2026.
Products, prices, and availability
Product availability, pricing, and delivery are subject to Majan confirmation. Product prices are displayed in AED. VAT and delivery treatment are shown in the customer order summary; UAE delivery is complimentary from AED 500 and AED 25 below that threshold. International delivery is quoted before payment.
Order enquiries and confirmation
Adding a fragrance to the cart or submitting an enquiry does not form a confirmed order. Majan confirms availability, the final delivery arrangement, and payment instructions directly with the customer before fulfilment.
Payments
The current website order journey is WhatsApp-assisted and bank-transfer based. Majan does not take card payments through the website today. Any future online payment will be offered only after an approved payment gateway has been enabled and its terms are made available to customers.
Delivery, returns, and product care
Shipping and delivery terms, returns and refund conditions, and product-care information are provided on Majan’s linked policy pages. Fragrances must be stored away from heat and direct light and kept out of reach of children.

Majan does not currently request card details through the website. Please do not send payment information through a contact form.
